Testimonials

The course has helped me to realise the importance of empathy and getting to know the person we’re having a conversation with and how they process the information being discussed, whether it's highly technical, very sensitive, etc. – understanding the individual is of utmost importance.
Executive BBVA
For me, the feedback from both peers and facilitators during the session was invaluable. They commented on what worked and what didn't, regarding the content of the discussion and body language. Many of us face similar situations and can see ourselves reflected in other people's conversations and how they handle them.
Executive BBVA
Practising challenging conversations has helped me to realise the importance of preparation. Having a clear objective of what I want to achieve with the conversation is crucial.
