Founder

Brian McCarthy helps people get their greatest work into the world by helping individuals, teams and organisations turn their big ideas into reality. From an early age we are taught to study, analyse and discuss the ideas of others. But what about our own big ideas? How can we learn to better concentrate on our own ideas, structure them more clearly, collaborate with others, and then present them persuasively to the world? These are concrete skills we can learn and improve throughout our lives. His work focuses on how to better form and perform ideas using best practices from the fields of philosophy, rhetoric and performance. Brian is recognised as an expert designer, teacher and facilitator in the areas of Leadership, Innovation and Communication.

Chief of Operations

As Chief of Operations, Ana Paola López ensures quality and efficiency in service design and delivery. Originally from Mexico she is also a facilitator for Performing-Ideas, helping individuals to strengthen their potential as leaders and communicators. For the past 13 years she has advised governments and organisations in more than 10 countries on how to use innovation to solve complex problems and achieve sustainability.

Monica Ixchel Castillo Salgado is a Political Scientist, Educator, Actress and Dancer from Mexico. Besides co-delivering sessions on Improvisation and Body Language and facilitating on the topics of  Moonshot Thinking, Communication and High Performing Teams, she ensures that Performing Ideas customers have the best possible experience. She has degrees in Political Science, Theatre and Corporeal Mime.

Digital Manager

Alexandra Tribute is responsible for the design and seamless functionality of Performing Ideas digital platforms. She has a background in product management and 10 years experience as Art Director for an international design studio in Barcelona. Originally from the UK she speaks English, Spanish and French and has a degree in political and social sciences.

Cecilia MoSze is originally from Hong Kong, she is a serial entrepreneur and has a background in social technology, she has degrees in architecture, biology and fine arts. She is a facilitator and co-designer in Moonshot Thinking Workshops run by Performing Ideas and speaks English, Chinese and Spanish. 
Lars Stalling is originally from Germany and has a background in innovation strategy and digital design, he has a masters in industrial and product design. He is a facilitator and co-designer in Moonshot Thinking Workshops run by Performing Ideas and speaks English, German and Spanish.
Lucía Crespo has a background in telecommunications and management consulting, she has an MBA, a post grad in strategic HR management and an MD in electronic physics. She is a facilitator and co-designer in workshops run by Performing Ideas on Moonshot Thinking and High Performing Teams. and speaks English and Spanish.
Lilliana Cabal is originally from the US and has a background in public speaking, TV and film, she has degrees in economics and french. She facilitates and coaches for Performing-Ideas on the topics of Communication and High Performing Teams and speaks English, French, Italian and Spanish.
Evgueni Talal has a background in transformation coaching and engineering, he has masters in neuro-linguistic programation, computer science and micro-electronics. He facilitates and coaches for Performing-Ideas on the topics of Communication and High Performing Teams and speaks English, French, Russian and Spanish.
Alyssa Ciccarello is originally from the US and has 20 years experience as a communication skills coach, she has a degree in performing arts. She facilitates and coaches for Performing-Ideas on the topics of Communication and High Performing Teams and speaks English, Spanish and Catalan. 
Lassi Albin is originally from Finland, he is a seasoned career coach with a background in global supply chain, recruitment and career managment and has an MBA in strategy. He facilitates and coaches for Performing-Ideas on the topics of Communication and High Performing Teams and speaks Finnish, English, German and Spanish.
Paul Kidd-Hewitt is originally from the UK and has a background in educational entrepreneurship. He has a masters in acting and degrees in psychology and cinematography. He is a facilitator and coach in Communication and Moonshot Thinking for Performing-Ideas and speaks English, Spanish and Catalan.
Yamandú Alonzo is originally from Uruguay and has a background in digital marketing and a degree in advertising and graphic design. He is a facilitator and coach in Moonshot Thinking for Performing-Ideas and speaks English, Spanish, French, Japanese and Portuguese.

ML Walsh is originally from Scotland and has a background in digital marketing and communication, teaching, language acquisition and intercultural communication. She facilitates for Performing-Ideas on the topics of Powerful Presentations, Leadership Presence, Managing Time and Attention, and Moonshot Thinking. ML also contributes to the social media and content strategy of Performing Ideas and speaks English, Spanish and Catalan.

Diana Pardo is originally from Colombia and has a background in Business, for the last 15 years she has been involved in International Business Development and Strategic Sales projects. She has an MBA, a master in Marketing and is also a Dancer and Kundalini Yoga Instructor. She facilitates for Performing-Ideas on Leadership and Innovation and speaks English and Spanish. 

Edmon Girbal is a PhD researcher of physiology of communication at Pompeu Fabra University. With a background in linguistics and cognitive science (BA and MA), he has been a coach of communication skills and its cognitive basis for a decade. He is a facilitator and coach in Communication for Performing-Ideas and speaks English, Spanish and Catalan.

Harris Gordon is originally from Canada and has a background in theatre, film and TV, he trained as an actor in London and Paris. He facilitates and coaches for Performing-Ideas on the topic of Improvisational Leadership and speaks English, Spanish, French and Catalan.
Natacha Elmir is originally from the Lebanese Republic, she is an actress specialising in improvisation and has a masters in photography. She facilitates and coaches for Performing-Ideas on the topic of Improvisational Leadership and speaks English, French, Spanish and Arabic.
