Brian McCarthy helps people get their greatest work into the world by helping individuals, teams and organisations turn their big ideas into reality. From an early age we are taught to study, analyse and discuss the ideas of others. But what about our own big ideas? How can we learn to better concentrate on our own ideas, structure them more clearly, collaborate with others, and then present them persuasively to the world? These are concrete skills we can learn and improve throughout our lives. His work focuses on how to better form and perform ideas using best practices from the fields of philosophy, rhetoric and performance. Brian is recognised as an expert designer, teacher and facilitator in the areas of Leadership, Innovation and Communication.

As Chief of Operations, Ana Paola López ensures quality and efficiency in service design and delivery. Originally from Mexico she is a facilitator for Performing-Ideas, helping individuals to strengthen their potential as leaders and communicators. For the past 13 years she has advised governments and organisations in more than 10 countries on how to use innovation to solve complex problems and achieve sustainability.

Monica Ixchel Castillo Salgado is a Political Scientist, Educator, Actress and Dancer from Mexico. Besides co-delivering sessions on Improvisation and Body Language and facilitating on the topics of  Moonshot Thinking, Communication and High Performing Teams, she ensures that Performing Ideas customers have the best possible experience. She has degrees in Political Science, Theatre and Corporeal Mime.
